The upload of your business cards is a once-off procedure. Your business cards can be uploaded and edited without any obligation to order. Once uploaded your business card will appear on our Website ready to view, edit and order. Your cards are saved online for future use
Companies can edit and order business cards for their staff or allow their staff to do their own editing and ordering. Our Website is a platform for Graphic Designers and Agencies to procure business cards on behalf of their Customers

Direct upload (no editing -.pdf format)(CMYK or RGB colours)
.pdf’s can only be uploaded with the design and all the text. No editing will be possible and the card will be printed with no changes. After adding the .pdf, you can view the card and proceed with the order. Your.pdf designs will be available for re-order on the “Upload Business cards” page

If you upload the design and all the text, the card will be printed with no changes. No editing will be possible. As soon as your card is uploaded you can proceed to order. You can upload any number of business cards. Your business cards will appear in alphabetical order on the “Business cards” page when you log in
Upload your design only and add text on site (enable editing)(.jpeg)(RGB colours)
Upload the design of the card only (as a template) then add the text on our website. This will enable you or your Customer to do editing on the website. You will be able to edit text and re-order cards without the need to upload again unless the design is changed. A physical address can, for example, be uploaded as part of the design and a name and cell number can be added on the website. This will enable you or your Customer to change the name and cell number on the website whilst the physical address remains intact as part of the design
Matching or changing the colours of your text (RGB)
Your corporate colours will remain intact when uploaded. You can match the colours of your text with the colours of your design or change the colours by using the colour tool on the "Business Cards" page. Click on the colour tool on the right to see the RGB codes of your design and click on the colour tool at the bottom to change the colour of your text
Email your business cards to us in an open file (example CorelDraw)
If you email the design and text to us in an open file we will upload for you on site in accordance with your requirements (specify if you want any part of the text to be editable)
Register as Graphic Designer or Agency

Graphic Designers and Agencies can register and upload business cards for their Customers. Once uploaded you and/or your customers can edit and order business cards. Once-off registration of a business card results in repeat income on the value of all orders. Click here to view Terms and Conditions for Graphic Designers and Agencies
You can upload and order a card if the order is for your own account (3 options to pay EFT, credit card or on account). If you order for your own account you will send your own invoice to your customers.If you wish to allow your customers to place direct orders and make their own payments to us you can link your client to your portfolio (your customer will only be able to access his/her own card)
- Click on "Add a Customer " in the top bar (the name of your customer will thereafter appear in the drop down bar on the upload page)
- Upload a card for your Customer

Your Customer will be notified by an auto email that you have registered the card and that he/she will be able to access the site. Your Customer will be given a password and be prompted to register and complete payment details
- Click on "Update Customer details" if you are authorised to complete payment details on behalf your Customer

If the Customer wants you to place orders on his/her behalf (for which the Customer pays directly) the Customer can add you as a User. You will receive an auto email with a password to access your Customer's site
Customers can register to order and pay for their own business cards. An auto password will be send to the Customer to be able to access the site. A Customer can authorise any staff member, other person or its Graphic Designer to place direct orders on behalf of the Customer and for the Customers account. Once logged in, click on USERS in the top bar and add USER

Your card must be 95 x 55 mm in size

Your .jpeg card must be uploaded in RGB colours

Your .pdf card must be uploaded in CMYK or RGB colours

If the artwork does not fit size,an invisible frame(95 x 55mm) must be created before exporting your design (this will ensure that the artwork is at the centre of the canvas frame and the bleed on the outside of the cut-frame)

Resolution must be a minimum of 300dpi

The printing machine converts RGB to CMYK
Your business cards are shipped by courier within 48 hours subject to your order being received before 13h00 (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays and 25 December-2 January).
Allow a further 24 hours where orders and payments are made after 13h00 or where you require non-standard paper
Where time is critical for your delivery remember to add the time required for delivery (24 hours to major centres and a 48 hour service to remote areas)
You have the following options on the order page

change delivery address and select colour : full or one colour - one or both sides

add lamination - one or both sides

select paper: paper (white) - matt, gloss, satin, printers preference or a specify a paper and colour

payment by Master Card, Visa Card or direct bank deposit (EFT). If you have opened an account, your order will be debited to your account

an invoice will be automatically generated on placing the order.Our bank details appear on the Invoice.Proof of payments must be faxed to us on 086 616 4296
Before confirming your order you can view your card again and move on to payment
Accounts are, at our discretion, offered to Customers who order a minimum of 7 (x 250) sets of business cards per month. Payment within 30 days of the date of your monthly statement. To open an account complete the relevant section on the My Account page when registering. Details of your orders and invoices can be viewed by entering My Account once logged in

Your business cards are printed on the HP Indigo which is an offset digital press. Laser technology with liquid or real ink and offset "press" gives the versatility of a digital print engine with the look and feel of the conventional print
Print work produced on the Indigo is a true match to Litho quality and in some cases surpasses the use of Litho printing. Printing on the Indigo is the most cost effective and fastest way to procure high quality business cards
The aim of our business is to simplify the procurement of your business cards. In terms of this we offer standard prices with no need to obtain quotes. Shipping and delivery times in SA

We use ConvergEx to deliver to street addresses in SA. Street deliveries are a 24-hour service to major centers in SA (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Isithebe, Pietermarizburg, Durban and Nelspruit) and a 48-hours service elsewhere in SA. Street deliveries are only available during normal office hours Monday to Friday (No shipping to post box addresses)
Deliveries to major centres are R59 per shipment (VAT exclusive) and to remote centres R99 (VAT exclusive)
